Mr. Hemendra Paliwal is currently a partner at KMP Insolvency and restructuring LLP and Bajrang Paras &Co. He is an Ex-Chief Financial Officer of Zicom and Krystal Integrated services. He was responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury & investor relations.

He got his Bachelors Degree in Science from University of Udaipur, subsequently he went to attain his Chartered Accountancy and ICWA.

Prior to Zicom he was with Damania Group of Industries. He has since been handling position of increasing responsibilities. He has extensive experience in overseeing business performance and strategic growth initiatives. He likes mathematical puzzles and has spent his formative years in learning music.
